Snicker Doodle Cookies

2 Cups shortening
3 Cups sugar
4 Eggs
5 1/2 Cup flour
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Roll into balls and then into cinnamon / sugar mixture. bake at 350* for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
