1 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
2 whole eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Beat well then add:
1 cup sour cream
6 ½ cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Roll out and cut in desired shapes then bake at 400* for 5-8 minutes (depending on thickness of cookies)
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting
